With his usual skill and industry, Fritz Stunzner soon had a rail system up and running to move the bags of cocoa pods to the drying kiln. Albi pulled the wagons with a horse, Kurt and Fritz Jnr opened the pods, and plantation workers, mainly Chinese staff, took out the beans.
